Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some items may be restricted from international shipping due to import/export regulations or manufacturer restrictions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Plus Sexy Boutique LLC, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Here's our return policy:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Initiating a Return:

 If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at info@plussexyboutique.com within [number of days] days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

Return Authorization: 

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and determine if your return is eligible. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return Shipping: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Refunds:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Exchanges: 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items.
